Chromium Kernel Versions
When creating or editing a profile, pick a Chromium kernel version to match target sites or your UA strategy.
Select a version
Use the Kernel version dropdown in the profile form. The list shows installed and downloadable builds.
Download a new kernel
If the version is not installed:
- Choose a version marked for download
- Click Download kernel
- Wait for install to finish, then create or launch the profile
TIP
Download URLs differ by OS (Windows / macOS). If no link appears, confirm you installed the client build for your platform.
Fingerprints
- Chrome major version in UA should match the selected kernel
- Random fingerprint picks from installed kernels when possible
- After switching kernels, re-test on BrowserLeaks
