Group Management

Groups organize profiles by project, client, or environment so lists stay manageable.

Features

  • Create, rename, and delete groups
  • Filter the profile list by group
  • Move profiles between groups when deleting or merging

Create a group

  1. Click Add group (+)
  2. Enter a name (1–50 characters; unique)
  3. Confirm

Naming ideas: Project-A, Production, Data-collection, Client-XYZ

Rename

  1. Select the group → Edit
  2. Enter a new unique name
  3. Save — profiles inside the group are unchanged

Delete

  1. Select the group → Delete
  2. Choose an option:
    • Delete group only — profiles move to Ungrouped
    • Delete group and profiles — permanent; use with care
    • Move to another group — merge into a target group

Tips

  • Keep the structure flat (avoid too many empty groups)
  • Export configs before large reorganizations
  • Remove unused groups periodically
